The film presented the status of the project implementation and the scenes of the basement of the County palace in the current state, in which one of the top state-of-the-art visitor centres in this part of Europe equipped with HIGHTECH will be established and it will present the natural and cultural heritage of the County. Furthermore, the concept of the rooms of the future centre was presented. Future project activities were also announced, such as increase of knowledge and capacities of stakeholders through educational cycles for owners and managers of heritage in Hungary and Croatia, as well as for tourism service providers. An international conference on smart technologies in tourism will also be held, the data base of owners and heritage managers will be created, the heritage and its valorisation potentials analysed and marketing strategy created.
Varaždin County presented activities within the [email protected] project on VTV television
OBJAVLJENO 14.1.2022. | AUTOR: AdminThe first Varaždin County promotional TV report about the 'Active Tourism meets Advanced Technology in Cross-Border Area' project was broadcasted on Wednesday, 1st December 2021 in the afternoon hours and the 2nd December 2021in the morning hours on local TV station. The Lead partner of the project is Varaždin County, while the other partners are Varaždin County Tourism Board on the Croatian side and Csurgó Municipality and the University of Pannonia, Nagykanisza campus on the Hungarian side.
The project was presented by Mladen Jakopović, Head of Department of Varaždin County and Maja Zuber, Associate Advisor for Regional Development and European Affairs.
